Hard Hatted Women
Hard Hatted Women assists women in non-traditional jobs. SCT is aware about the obstacles women need to overcome in industries dominated by men. We support women in blue collar industries and believe that women can complete the same tasks as men. By supporting Hard Hatted Women, we help to train and support women in non-traditional jobs that often offer more pay, benefits, and security.

Services include Make a Difference Day, National Volunteer Week, and over $3 million in college scholarships. SCT proudly supports the Grafton VFW. Thank you to all the men and women who have served our nation.
